Out of the blue it was reported to us today that Nook had been spotted on TV. Fame at last? Our scepticism turned to delight when we checked and confirmed that indeed Nook appeared in a TV programme commissioned by UKs Channel 4, called ‘UKs Best Places To Live’. Nook can be seen both in the opening title sequence (albeit very briefly at 1:13) and much more comprehensively and very clearly at various points in the section on Bristol which starts at 21:50.
The link to the entire program is here.
But if you prefer to cut to the chase, we’ve screen-captured the section in question and saved it to DropBox HERE.
The Nook here is part of the infrastructure at Engine Shed, a coworking hub based in Bristols main Train Station complex. They have been part of the fabric at Engine Shed since August 2016 are a very popular part of the furniture, taking pressure off the larger meeting spaces and providing a quiet refuge in the wonderfully dynamic Business Lounge area.
