Nook event pods create ready-to-use meeting and collaboration space without a lengthy on-site build.

There’s a common misconception that Nooks arrive in pieces.

That they take hours to build on site.

Spoiler alert - they don’t.

Nooks arrive ready to use. Fully branded to the clients specification. Our event team simply wheels them into situ and plugs in. Voila. Quiet space for 1-2-1 meetings, work and reset, ready to use.

It's that simple.

Ready for guests in 50 minutes

A tight setup window doesn’t have to mean a stressful build. At Konnect House’s Agentic AI event at Convene, we had one hour to deliver and set up three Nooks. If we ran over, our client would face thousands in additional venue fees. We planned the delivery to avoid that.

Our final time: 50 minutes.

Three Nooks. Delivered. Wheeled into position. Set up and ready for guests.

No construction crew. No hard hats. We were keeping an eye on the clock, though.

A standout feature

The pods were ready on time and made an impression once the event began.

“Nook Pods delivered an outstanding experience at Agentic AI. The team was professional, proactive, and easy to work with, and the pods became a standout feature of the event. We received excellent feedback and will be working with them again in Europe and the US.”

Flexible, branded event space

Nook pods turn underused event space into somewhere people want to spend time. Attendees can step away from the busy floor to meet, catch up on work or take a quiet moment.

For sponsors, that offers something more meaningful than a logo on a wall. A branded Nook lets them support comfort, calm and useful space at the event. Organisers gain a feature attendees value, along with an opportunity to generate additional sponsorship revenue.

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. I care about how work, learning and event spaces can help us be better for each other, bring our whole selves to bear and build back better from the anxiety inducing, rapidly changing circumstances of this decade. I focus on Inclusivity, improving work/life balance, knowledge sharing, powerful partnerships and being a good ancestor to the future. I believe that design for the extreme benefits the mean.
