In de klas Vector

Klaslokalen kunnen voor sommige leerlingen druk en overweldigend aanvoelen, waardoor het moeilijker wordt om zich te concentreren en volledig betrokken te zijn bij het leerproces.

Ik hecht veel waarde aan de ruimtes waar we werken, leren, herstellen en spelen. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat deze ruimtes, met een meer wetenschappelijke en inclusieve aanpak, ons potentieel kunnen ontsluiten, onze prestaties kunnen verbeteren en ons een groter gevoel van verbondenheid en veiligheid kunnen geven.

Ik focus op inclusiviteit, het verbeteren van de balans tussen werk en privé, kennisdeling, sterke partnerschappen en het zijn van een goede voorouder voor toekomstige generaties. Ik geloof dat 'ontwerpen voor het extreme het gemiddelde ten goede komt', wat voor mij betekent dat als we bij het ontwerpen rekening houden met alle behoeften, we uiteindelijk oplossingen creëren die voor iedereen beter werken.
